Please reflect upon your duties being guided by the marking criteria. You should explain the following points for
each situation you reflect upon:
 What the situation was
 How you dealt with it
 What you learned
 How you will use what you have learned in future situations. Would you do the same or are there things
you would do differently?

That day, I implemented a method that I thought of on the previous day. In order to keep the
disciplines organised, I found that by keep asking a student, it is more likely that you can get the
answer you want from the student. For example: why are you unmotivated? Do you like the
teacher? Do you like the content? Is it too difficult? From these questions, I can get answers from
least half of the questions.

On that day, the classes on grade 2 are organised and I noticed that grade 2's disciplines are
much better than those grade 1's.
