JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, MARY ANN RAMOS ABANIL and REGINA CATEDRILLA BARRIOS, both of legal
age, Filipino, and with respective residences at 45 ST. MATHEWS. MARVI HILLS PH2, GULOD
MALAYA, SAN MATEO, RIZAL, and 43 VALLEY VIEW, GULOD MALAYA, SAN MATEO,
RIZAL, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT –
1. We personally know ALFREDO GIRAY CERBITO, of legal age, Filipino, and with
residence at 41 ST. MATTHEW ST. MARVI HILLS, GULOD MALAYA, SAN MATEO,
RIZAL;
2. That ALFREDO GIRAY CERBITO, as certified by Barangay Gulod Malaya on February
27, 2024 to be the son of CANDIDO CERBITO GIRAY and DETRA LOSAURA
CERBITO, and ALFREDO GIRAY CERBITO who was issued with Senior Citizen ID No
32721 are one and the same person.
3. We are not related by consanguinity or affinity to him;
4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal and beneficial purposes this may serve.
