DAY 1 REFLECTION JOURNAL

As a newly hired teacher, I am already manifesting the following qualities like having a deep understanding of the
theoretical knowledge about learning and human behavior and mastering my subject matter.

However, I need to improve my qualities in terms of being patient to my students and how to facilitate learning even
better.

I’m also learning to handle thing specially to improve my teaching skills in this time of pandemic

It is important to know who to approach in addressing concerns related to my duties as a teacher for it helps me to do
my functions and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
