4%~96% VCC is normal or the range of 32~990 displayed on the control panel is
normal. If the range is beyond this, the potentiometer is abnormal and the parameters
cannot be saved. In normal mode, the corresponding error code of the potentiometer is
displayed.

When the table rotates, be sure to moves the column to the middle position to
prevent collision during the table movesment.
1.Table up and down travel limit debugging:The photoelectric coupler is used as

corresponding current AD value; Switch to "04", set the table to -25°, press the
button to save the corresponding current AD value; Switch to the negative protection
position (about -7°) of table 03, and press the button to save the corresponding
current AD value.
After the completion of debugging, the test of the inverted function should
be carried out: special attention, before testing the inverted action, first confirm
that the inverted emergency stop can work normally. In the debugging state,
there is no automatic function. When the table rotates, pay attention to prevent
collision during the table movesment.

stop; Counterclockwise direction can reach -25°, limit or release immediately stop, if
from above the level of counterclockwise rotation, to the level will stop, to continue to
the negative angle of the table , there are two operations : One is controlled by the
control box, the other is controlled by the buttons on the near control board. When
operating through the control box, it is necessary to release the operation handle first,
then press and hold the table negative angle function button on the control box,
again operate the operation handle on the control box to reverse , the table
movess to negative angle, release the button or operation handle, or the table
reaches the negative angle limit, the table negative angle motion stops. When using
the near control board, be sure to release the operation button first, press the near
control board button again, the table movess to the negative angle, release the
button or the table to the negative angle limit, the negative angle table movesment
stops. If the tablestarts to rotate clockwise at a negative angle and stops when it is
horizontal, if you want to continue to moves to +90°, you must release the operation
button or handle first, and then start the movesment operation, you can continue to
rotate to +90°, release the operation button or handle or to +90° limit, and the
tablestarts to stop.
Finally, adjust the position of the photoelectric coupler of each angle of the table
to meet the needs of the table rotation angle.
1.Debugging of the travel limit of the x-ray tube column : The longitudinal
movesment of the tube column uses a travel switch as a limit protection device,As a
limiting device, the potentiometer is installed on the travel switch and potentiometer
in the table assembly, as shown in Figure 5-3, 5-4 .
In the debugging mode "C04", hold the tube column down travel switch limit,
and then check whether the corresponding LED6 light on the PCB is off. When you
46
User’s Manual V2.11.1E
release the hand, LED6 light on the PCB is on. If yes, it is normal; otherwise, check
the corresponding line and the corresponding travel switch until normal. Similarly,
test the limit of the column upward travel switch and check LED8 lamp.
operation handle of the control box on the operation console moves to , LED15
and LED17 are on, LED16 is off, the column movess down, the operation handle
moves to , LED15 and LED16 are on, LED17 is off, the column movess up. If
the tube column movess in the opposite direction, it is necessary to adjust any two
input drive lines of the motor, and confirm that the limit collision block is installed.
3. Tube column moving potentiometer debugging
1-Tube-column potentiometer

Before the potentiometer is debuged, loosen and disengage the gear; Install it
after debugging.
After the debugging of limit and motor direction is completed, switch "01", "02"

view the console display "512", install the potentiometer . The handle of the control
box on the control console moves to ,the column up,AD value increase. When the
column stops moving to the upper limit, switch to 01 and press the button on the
control box, save the maximum AD value of the tube column. The handle of the
control box on the control console moves to ,the column down,AD value
decrease, when moving to the lower limit, the column stops moving. Switch to 02 and
press the button on the control box , save the minimum AD value of the tube
column. The handle of the control box on the control console moves to ,moves
the column down to the lower limit and press the button on the control box to
switch,enter"C01”,The handle of the control box on the control console moves
to ,swing the table to a negative angle, press the button on the control box
to switch, return “C04”,The handle of the control box on the control console moves
to ,moves the column up slowly until the column housing is close to the ground.
Switch to 03 and press the button on the control box to save the column
protection AD value.
After the debugging is completed, the longitudinal movesment function of the
tube column should be tested:
Keep the table level, then operate the handle to reverse or , or press the
column moves button or on the near control panel to control the movesment
of the column of the tube. When the column of the tube is pressed to the limit of the
travel switch, the column of the tube should stop moving immediately, and the limit
will be effective. Control the operation handle or press the column moving button on
the near control panel, you can control the movesment of the tube rack, release the
handle or release the button to stop immediately, the column moving stroke is 970 ㎜,

1) Table top surface lateral movement direction debugging: click the Table top
surface access button in the local control panel or (ensure that the lateral
movement of the Table top surface is not in the limit state). If the sliding direction is
the same as the direction marked by the button, the lateral movement direction of the
table surface is correct. If it is opposite, the input drive lines of two motors at the
non-public end should be adjusted to invert the motor.
2) table side movement travel limit debugging: table side movement USES
photoelectric coupler as limit device, which is installed in table assembly.

drive line of the compressor motor should be adjusted, and the non-common two
motor drive lines of 2407, 2408 and 2409 at the lower end of the terminal block can
be reversed to make the compressor motor.
Finally, adjust the position of the limit stroke switch of the compressor to meet
the needs of the advance and retreat stroke of the compressor.
SID limit Debugging:The travel limit of the tube uses a travel switch as the
limiting device, as shown in Figure 5-6.
movess to , LED46 is on, LED47 is off, the tube rises; The operating handle

CHAPTER7 MAINTENANCE
1. General Rules
This equipment needs regular maintenance; following suggestions will be good for
usage and safety.
● Keep room clean, dry, and with good ventilation.
● Mechanical safety will be degraded due to long time usage. In order to reduce
potential damage to both user and patient, it is necessary to check mechanism if any
loose and if brake is good.
● Correct electrical calibration can well perform machine’s performance.
Calibration work should be completed by professional staff authorized by our
company.
● Machine should be in charged by designed person and establish file management
system.
● Any changes to machine are forbidden to ensure both patient and operator’s
safety, if any changes needed, please contact with manufacturer.
● Adjustment for contact gap among moving parts with orbital bearing assembly
should be done once a year.
● Regular big repair should be done, for details pls contact with manufacturer.
● If product has malfunction, contact with professional staff approved by
manufacturer.
● Operator should be well trained and can complete normal inspection.

low, mutation and other anomalies, machine should be closed immediately and
check out the problem, it can only be used after problem solved.
5.Do not press heavily on all buttons of controller to avoid dislocation, injury or poor
contact, even damaged.
6.Check frequently protective earth of each components is in good condition
(grounding resistance is very small).
7.Check power supply on a regular basis, and check power supply resistance value (or
the power supply voltage value is changed), to make sure it meet machine’s
requirement.
8.After using the controller, it should be cut off the power in time.
9.Avoid striking of x-ray tube components during operation.
10.When X-ray tube components are used for the first time or idled for a longer time,
it must be progressive loading before X-ray tube used, and do the sophisticated
test to avoid damaging to the X-ray tube by instantaneous load.
11.When machine works continuously, please pay attention to the X-ray tube
assembly to allow Thermal capacity, or check surface temperature of X-ray tube
assembly , it can’t exceed 75 ℃.
