....................................hereby affirm that the below given conditions are clearly read and agreed with Expert
Education and Visa Services (Private) Ltd.

• I hereby agree to pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 40,000/- for the university
application process. When it comes to the visa submission, you have to pay Rs. 10,000/-
for each dependent before the visa application submission and if the dependent's
visas are lodged separately, it will incur an additional charge for a spouse - Rs.
40,000/- and the first two children Rs. 20,000/- each and the 3rd child onwards will be
free of charge. I also confirm the processing fee is paid for the advice, direction
and visa processing by Expert Education, and they are not liable to draft any documentation
required on my behalf.

• I understand that incorrect or misleading Data/Documents may result complications with the
VISA decision where Expert Education and Visa Service (Private) LTD has no liability what so ever.
• I h ereby understand th at th e final outcome of my visa will depend solely on th e respective
country h igh commission and th e respective visa officer's decision based on th e provided
documentaion and information.
• I h ereby understand th at as the applicant, the utter support and timely information sh ould
be provided to Expert Education and Visa Services and bound for th e same for a
smooth application process.

• Expert will only be undertaking your University offer letter and Visa submission related activities
and guidance to the students and financials, payments and other unrelated tasks will not be performed or
responsible.

• If a third party (apart from the student's immediate family - parents, spouse or children) are requesting
information from the counsellor or involving regarding student's application process, we will be charging a
further LKR 40,000/- in order to release this information.

• In case of an inconvenience occurred from a team member the student should contact the management
within one week of the incident. If not Expert Education will not be responsible for any consequences.

• I understand that once full set of GTE documents are being submitted to Expert Education, documents
finalization for the university GTE/Visa submission will take upto 10 working days and I hereby confirm to
give my fullest support and I will not hold Expert Education as responsible for the delays occurred from
student/university end.
