1. The job objectives were as follows:


- To do efficient and reliable ESP installation job as per SLB procedure.
- To have zero NPT.
- To have zero SQ & HSE incidence during preforming the ESP job.
- To meet the client’s good expectation.
2. The metrics that were used to define success were as follows:
- Flow SLB standard work instruction of ESP assy.
- Follow the SLB safety measurements.
3. The client’s expectation were as follows:

HSE competency:
1. Crew have valid HSE Certification (H2S certification, QHSE2 & mechanical lifting
certification.
1. Cable damage during RIH by slips: Discussion with the SLB and hoist crew especially
driller about the right procedure.
2. Cable damage during RIH cause the banding was not equally divided through tubing:
Make sure to have enough space between last banding and tubing collar (around 3
meters), and discuss that with driller.
3. Take different types of Air gun sockets.
4. Rig floor not aligned: discuss the point with the client during toolbox meeting.
5. Wrong Tubing type in Q-File.
6. No backup battery for Magger .
7. Spooler Plug not matching with Rig/Hoist switch.
8. Banding machine fault: use regulator / place backup banding machine in nearest yard.
9. Issues with Banksman certifications.
