CONCLUSION
The channels for grievance redress allow employees to resolve their problems. Furthermore,
they ought to have the power to utilize the options. The workers were greatly supported in
this endeavor by the B Safe training program. More initiatives that educate workers about
welfare protections are needed. INACHE is a really useful tool, and the employees are more
knowledgeable about it. The current grievance redressal methods are well-liked by the
workforce, but they should be reinforced. Although employees are aware that there is a
hotline for them, it is difficult to remember the number. Hence, a small number will work
better. Employees are aware that committees exist for them, but they require more
clarification regarding the duties of each committee. Employees are aware of a grievance
procedure and suggestion box. The available mechanisms are being used by employees with
confidence, and they should be strengthened.
