TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING pvt. lLtd and reference of this letter is SMIIPCL/OEPD/08-20/01 dated
14th August 2020 enclosed with this letter for further details. All the necessary documents required for
E1 VISA such as BIDA permit and others are available and enclosed with this Letter.

Please be informed that the Project has already incurred so much considerable delay due to COVID-19,
and quick ramp up is required to avoid any further delay. You may be aware that Bangladesh Embassy
in India is yet to start its VISA visa issuing operation. Therefore we request you for your outmost
support in this situation.

We request you to issue arrange for letters from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GOB addressed to
Bangladesh Deputy High Commission Office in Kolkata, India for accepting E1 Visa applications
documents for the above persons and grant them E1 Visa as special case on priority basis.
