I have more than 18 years of experience in the mining business. I really understand and have
experience leading mining operational activities. Apart from managerial skills, I also have more skills
in technical data processing such as production data, mine planning, geological data processing and
modelling. I am also used to compiling and presenting production progress reports to the board of
