2. What are your realizations in EACH learning? (2pts each)

How to be an effective classroom manager – I have re-learned how to set up

effective Rules or Standards in managing your class and your classroom setup. It is
very important to look upon the needs and ability of the learners to provide effective
reinforcement and strategies for easy and better understanding.

V.U.C.A world- I have never heard of this term until Dr. Albarillo introduced this to us.
This means; Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. This defines the
curriculum status of our department, it is dynamic or it changes over time.

Designing lesson plan and format- I am able to refresh my learning since college
about the crafting of lesson plan. It addends my knowledge on creating well-prepared
lesson plan.

Importance of Curriculum Management- I have learned from Dr. Albarillo that even
we are not instructed to prepare some important documents or materials for classes, it
is very much important that a teacher is ready in whatever cause. It will serve as your
advantage so that no interruption of classes will occur when the time comes that you will
be required to do your reports or your lesson plan.

The 5 principles of SBM- In school based management, this is very important to bear
in mind since as a teacher, we may become school heads or principals in the future.

Even most of the terms in the Department is not so familiar for me as a newly hired
teacher, I have learned from the discussion to base your implementation and decision-
making in the SBM.

Intervention plan- instructional interventions help struggling students and measure

their progress. I have learned that interventions use a specific program or set of steps
to target an academic need. They're often used to help kids who have trouble with
reading or math.

PHILIRI- this is not familiar to me since the instruction of our PHILIRI coordinator is just
to conduct reading and identify those struggling, frustrated, and non-readers. Through
the discussions I have deep understood the importance of the conduct of PHILIRI.

7 goals of child friendly school system- I have learned the components of a child
friendly school. Child-friendly schools aim to develop a learning environment in which
children are motivated and able to learn. Staff members are friendly and welcoming to
children and attend to all their health and safety needs. Teacher training is a central part
of encouraging a child friendly and inclusive school environment.

RRE plan- In our current situation, this RRE plan have been a big help to our learners
to accord what’s their needs. It’s an opportunity for them to cover up times being wasted
during pandemic.

ECCD- I have learned that Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD)
programs help to improve school performance as well as reduce dropout and repetition
rate, which ultimately reduce cost and improve efficiency of primary education.

3. What are your WAYS FORWARD in each realization. (2pts each)

How to be an effective classroom manager- learning from your colleagues on ways

of effective classroom management is an advantage.
V.U.C.A world- coping with the changing world, changing terms, changing generations
is a role of a teacher.
Designing lesson plan and format- learn more on designing more effective lesson
planning.
Importance of Curriculum Management- manage time and paper works to avoid
stress in duty.
The 5 principles of SBM- get involve in crafting the SBM to know and learn more.
Intervention plan- do not be lazy on making intervention plan for the learners who
mostly needs it.

PHILIRI- attain the needs of the pupils to prepare them in the reality of the world.
7 goals of child friendly school system- not to forget that a child- friendly school is a
learner centered school.
RRE plan- as much as possible, do your utmost best so that your learner will not be left
behind.
ECCD- act as a mother of every children so that they can feel that they are being taken
care of.
