Growing up in a small, remote area, I encountered significant challenges in accessing quality

education due to frequent relocations prompted by my father's government job. Each move
exposed me to new schools, ethnic languages, and cultures. Consequently, my academic journey
was marked by struggles. However, this adversity ignited a deep-seated desire within me to make
a difference in the realm of education, inspiring me to become a teacher.

People who live in my town are not really far-sighted in education. That is why, my passion
becomes teaching with the intention of giving educational support to the people who lack of
interest in education. Following my matriculation exam and during my university studying, I
embarked on my teaching journey by offering budget classes to support individuals who lacked
the means to afford conventional education.
However, amidst my dedication to this cause, unforeseen crises, including the COVID-19
pandemic and political instability in my country, forced me to take a break from university
studies. Therefore, I had to drop the formal education for a while. Despite these challenges, my
commitment to learning remained unwavering. I seized the opportunity to enhance my English
proficiency through online courses, recognizing its pivotal role in unlocking better job prospects.
It was during this period of self-discovery that I realized my passion for language teaching.

Driven by this newfound passion, I pursued opportunities to broaden my teaching experience,

including volunteering at youth organizations and obtaining certification as a language teacher
through the Cambridge TKT exam. These experiences not only honed my teaching skills but also
instilled in me a deep sense of social advocacy.

Over the years, I have actively contributed to various initiatives, including serving as a teacher,
content writer, and facilitator at the English Conversation Club and youth organization. These
engagements have enriched my public speaking abilities, reinforced my teamwork skills, and
nurtured my leadership capabilities. My upbringing, characterized by adaptability and a penchant
for exploration, has instilled in me a passion for community engagement and social networking.

At the beginning of my learning journey in English, I had to struggle a lot in English speaking.
Subsequently, I joined a lot of free conversation clubs to find the partners who can practice with
me. The facilitators and the participants in that community are welcomed to me. They encourage
me to be able to speak in English. Because of them, I could overcome the language barrier. Now,
I have become a facilitator in the speaking club and I am helping the participants back. I realized
the participants’ situations very well comparing with my own experience. That is why, I could
stimulate them to be able to speak and handle the problems.
