Campaign Manager (Adobe Audience Manager)

The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the entire organisation and will closely work
with Group Digital acquisition, Retail analytics, Marketing and Country teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

● Set up appropriate solution to anonymise data before sending to DMP


● Work with analytics team to On-board 1st party data into CDP/DMP; refine, segment, and overlay
2nd/3rd party data as needed; run models on the DMP to optimize segment size
● Drive DMP functionality and its value, use, and importance, across the business as the Platform
Owner
● Build, define and code data taxonomy in DMP
● Develop segments within the DMP stemming from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources. Work
with internal/external teams to distribute segments for activation across appropriate
brands/divisions.
● Design our upper-funnel investment strategy in close cooperation with key stakeholders in
Country, Region & Group (Digital Marketing, Retail Analytics, Digital banking, Technology,
Compliance, Digital risk & Segment team)
● Apply advanced performance media knowledge to build valuable and relevant audience
strategies
● Oversee all performance analysis for campaigns run through the DMP
● Lead and work effectively with all cross-functional feature team stakeholders such as Digital
Commerce, Marketing, Product, IT, Analytics, Design and CX, Risk and Controls, eXellerator
teams, etc. to maximize the success of projects

Qualifications & Skills Required


● Minimum of 5 years experience as a Digital Product Owner with 3+ years of experience running a
DMP and Test and Target preferably Adobe products
● Fluency in data management and reporting tools (required), and business intelligence and data
visualization skills (desired).
● Understanding and managing different parts of a customer journey, and how to influence the
consumer across paid/owned channels (a must).
● Data-driven mindset with proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibration, and
result
● Strong knowledge of the Digital Acquisition domain with a proven track record for transformation
project delivery
● A successful history of leading Digital transformation projects to strengthen customer
engagement and conversion through new tools, capabilities across but not limited to CMS, DAM,
Analytics, DMP and AB testing products
● Experience leading Agile projects and cross-functional delivery teams to achieve successful
business outcomes
● Hands-on experience with image manipulation tools.
● Working knowledge of front end web development HTML/JavaScript/CSS.
