ii. General Study of industry, its location, its history and its product range, its size, number

1. Set up and installation of unity hub 3d software for development of
projects.

2. Learned about Augmented reality (AR) and Virtual reality (VR) .

1. We created project on marker – based augmented reality.

Weekly summarization of the above activities:


In this learning journey, we set up Unity Hub for 3D software development and learned about
Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) concepts. We created various AR projects using
marker-based and markerless technologies, displaying 3D objects on single and multiple image targets.
Additionally, we explored VR 3D models, including buildings, cars, and trees. This comprehensive
experience enriched our understanding of AR and VR development and equipped us to create
immersive and interactive experiences using cutting-edge technologies.

Expected Work: Study of layout and specifications of major machines, equipment and raw
materials/components used.

Day Activities carried out


1. Created a basic game that incorporates the application of physics to 3D
objects, resulting in a dynamic and interactive gameplay experience.
1 2. Applied gravity /physics properties on object to simulate realistic
movements and interactions. By incorporating gravity, objects will fall
towards the ground.
1. Created realistic bowling game in vr that uses 3d models.
2. We explored various 3d objects and their properties including creation of
2 terrains with elements such as tree and mountains. And added texture to it.
3. We constructed 3d car simulation scene.

1. We Built an VR maze game.


2. we also worked on an AR heritage site project that utilized multiple image
3 target images. Upon detecting these images using augmented reality
technology, we showcased 3D models of heritage sites and landmarks.
This allowed users to experience the rich history and cultural significance
of these locations in an interactive and informative way.
1. By utilizing Road Architect, we were able to design and construct road
systems within our game environment, providing players with immersive
4 and realistic driving experiences.
2. we thoroughly explored various packages such as Road Architect and
Starter Assets to create a captivating 3D game with a third-person
perspective.
3. Built an executable file of the game.
1. We created a realistic 3D roller coaster scene using the Dream Tech
Splines Unity package.

coaster scene with a VR headset.

1. We created 3d scene using oculus integration package ,specifically


designed for Oculus Quest hardware.

During our learning journey, we ventured into the exciting world of virtual reality (VR) and augmented
reality (AR) development. We created immersive 3D scenes and games, incorporating physics for realistic
movements and interactions. We explored various packages like Road Architect and Oculus integration to
enhance our projects and built executable files and Android applications for testing. This comprehensive
experience equipped us with the skills to create captivating and interactive VR and AR experiences on
different platforms, making our journey truly exhilarating.

 Studied about AR/VR Integration on Web.
 Studied about React.js App.
 Learnt how to use Netlify and upload projects.
Day Activities carried out
1. We created 3D scene OVR Player and implementing custom hand
controllers for seamless Oculus integration.
1 2. We developed custom hand controllers that allowed users to intuitively
grab and interact with objects in the virtual environment.
1. Explored pro-builder tool in the unity store .
2. Pro Builder simplified the workflow by enabling us to quickly add various
2 shapes such as cubes, cylinders, spheres, and more, directly within the
Unity Editor.
3. These shapes came with predefined properties, including dimensions,
materials and many more properties.
1. We created VR scene applying various packages like standard asset,
dream tech , stater asset , third person etc.
3 2. To enhance scene , implemented grabbable properties within environment.
1. We developed a web application that showcases a specific augmented
reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) model.
4 2. This web app allows users to access and experience the AR and VR
content directly from their web browsers, eliminating the need for
dedicated applications or installations.

immersive 3D scenes and custom hand controllers for intuitive interactions. We also ventured into
web application development, building an AR and VR showcase accessible directly from web
browsers. Additionally, we explored React JS and its key concepts, creating a portfolio website and
interactive apps like a digital clock and calculator with smooth navigation using React Router DOM.
This comprehensive journey provided valuable insights into the world of VR, AR, and web
development, equipping us with essential skills to create captivating and interactive digital
experiences.

During the learning journey, we covered the fundamentals of Python, including its installation and basic
structure. We explored the features of Python and implemented practical applications such as a basic
calculator and table generation. Additionally, we learned about various data structures like lists, tuples,
dictionaries, sets, and frozen sets, and performed operations on them. The journey also involved
understanding loops, conditional statements, and how to work with strings and user inputs. This
comprehensive exploration of Python provided a solid foundation for programming and problem-solving
with the language.

Day Activities carried out


1. We explored loop in python and understanded their functioning.
2. Used for loop, while loop to print odd even numbers and count of odd

text-to-speech conversion
5 2. That include use of pyttsx3 library to convert text to speech. pyttsx3 is an
offline Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine that works on multiple platforms.

1. During our session, we assessed the downloading and uploading speeds on


our device using a specific library dedicated to conducting speed tests.
6 2. Also explored MP4 to GIF conversion, QR code generation, and speed
testing.These exercises enabled us to broaden our understanding of
Python's module and package ecosystem while developing practical
applications.

Throughout the learning journey, we explored various aspects of Python programming, including
loops, classes, and modules. We utilized these concepts to create interactive programs, GUI-based
patterns, and practical applications such as text-to-speech conversion, MP4 to GIF conversion, QR
code generation, and speed testing. The experience enriched our understanding of Python's capabilities
and its versatility in building diverse applications.

1. We learned about GUI in python and developed custom search engine
integrating Wikipedia as a data source .

2. and explores the testing of a buzzer component, an essential part of many
2 IoT projects, to understand its functionality and applications.

1. Node MCU Exploration focuses on the exploration and experimentation


with NodeMCU, an open-source IoT platform based on the ESP8266

1. Bulb testing using Relay, Sound sensor to luminescence, Voice to


luminescence & AI Basics and pathway to understand it.

1. In IoT Bulb Testing, various aspects of smart bulbs or IoT-enabled light
bulbs are examined and evaluated. This includes testing the connectivity
5 with IoT networks (e.g., Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth), checking the
functionality of smart features (e.g., remote control, dimming, color-
changing), and ensuring the bulbs' compatibility with popular smart home
ecosystems like Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

Text and Basic Search Engine, building interactive tools like a QR Code Generator, Text to
Speech and Speech to Text converters, and MP4 to GIF Converter with GUI. It also delves
into IoT fundamentals and practical testing of IoT components like the buzzer and IoT-
enabled smart bulbs. The integration of Python, GUI, and IoT technologies offers valuable
