MOBILE HOME BROKER FEE AGREEMENT

This Mobile Home Broker Fee Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on _____________________(Date)
between _______________________ (the "Buyer") and________________________________ (the "Broker").

WHEREAS, the Buyer is interested in purchasing a mobile home as described below (the "Mobile Home"), and the Broker
has been engaged by the Seller (________________) to assist in the sale of the Mobile Home;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the Buyer and the Broker
agree as follows:

Broker's Fee:

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that there is an associated broker fee with the purchase of the Mobile Home. The
broker fee shall be [Broker Fee Amount] or [Broker Fee Percentage] of the total purchase price of the Mobile Home,
whichever is applicable. The exact amount or percentage of the broker fee shall be clearly stated Below.

Broker Fee Amount: The Broker fee for the purchase of the Mobile Home mentioned in this contract shall be a
fixed amount of $(___________). The Buyer agrees to pay this amount to the Broker upon the successful closing of
the purchase.

Payment of Broker's Fee:

The Buyer agrees to pay the broker fee to the Broker upon the successful closing of the purchase of the Mobile Home.
The broker fee shall be due and payable at the same time and in the same manner as the purchase price is paid to the
Seller.

No Double Representation:

The Buyer acknowledges that the Broker represents the Seller in the sale of the Mobile Home. The Buyer agrees not to
seek any representation or assistance from the Broker in negotiating the purchase of the Mobile Home or during the
closing process. Any questions or concerns related to the purchase of the Mobile Home shall be directed to the Buyer's
own real estate agent or legal representative.

Confidentiality:

The terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any other information disclosed by the Broker to the Buyer in
connection with the sale of the Mobile Home, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third
party without the prior written consent of the Broker.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict
of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in _______________ (County and State)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Mobile Home Broker Fee
Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
