PROJECT PLAN

Name of Project: PORK GUISANTES

Objectives:

1. To able to identify the accurate utensils and equipment


2. To know how to cook ‘’pork guisantes’’
3. To be able to follow the procedure and instruction in making ‘’pork guisantes’’

INGREDIENTS:

¼ Canola oil

0.63 Reb bell pepper

1.25 Onion, peeled and chopped

3.75 tbsp Patis

2.5 pounds pork sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1.25 cup Tomato sauce

1.88 cups water

1.25 Bay leaf

1.25 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed

Salt

Pepper

PROCEDURES:

1. In a wide pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add bell pepper and cook about 30 to 40 seconds.
Remove from pan and set aside.
2. In the pan, add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
3. Add pork and cook about 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
4. Add patis and cook for about 1 minute.
5. Add tomato sauce, water, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
6. Lower heat, cover and continue to cook for about 20 to 30 minutes or until pork is fork-tender
and sauce is juicy.
7. Add sweet peas and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
8. Add bell pepper and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes or until tender yet crip.
