OBJECTIVES
At the end of the activity, the participants will be able to:

 Know what is color psychology and its significance

 Identify the colors they use and what does it stands for
 know what are your aspiration in life, what is your priorities

MATERIALS
 coloring materials
 Bond Paper
 pencil
 pen
PROCESS
A. COLOR MY FEELINGS:
1. Facilitators will provide each group the materials.
2. Instructions will be given such as:
A. Participants will be given either a paper formed as a person and an empty bond
paper
B. Using the colors given to them, they need to fill up the paper with the colors
they wanted to use, or using the empty bond paper create shapes and figures using the
colors given to them
B. PRESENT YOUR WORK:
1. each of them will present there work in front
2. if they choose to use the human shape paper, they will directly explain the colors they use
3. if they choose to do on the empty bond paper then they will explain what shapes and
figures they draw and what color they use

PROCESSING QUESTIONS
1. What were the colors you use during the activity?
2. why did you use this colors? What does this colors signifies?
3. What were the shapes and figures you draw?
4. what memories did you think of while doing the activity?
5. what did the activity makes you feel?
