DONATION ACT
 In accordance with the provisions of article 25, paragraph of the Code of legalization of
inheritances Financial assistance represented by Mrs Caudia Amelia KAIVANTO in good
conscience to choose to make a donation to Mr/sVeronica MENDOZA (NICARAGUA).

By virtue of the powers conferred on me, the terms of this engagement are as follows:

》The donation of 325.000 Euros is the exclusive property of Mrs Caudia

Amelia KAIVANTO and does not come from doubt, crime or theft.
》Mrs. Caudia Amelia KAIVANTO conscientiously undertakes to make a donation to Mr/s.
Veronica MENDOZA as a donation in the amount of 325.000 Euros.
》 Mr/s. Veronica MENDOZA, beneficiary of 325.000 Euros, will use this property as his
own onhis territory and has all the rights of use.
》Mrs. Caudia Amelia KAIVANTO, current owner of the 325.000 Euros, undertakes to send
the fundsto the account of Mr/s. Veronica MENDOZA by bank transfer within a maximum of
72 hours.

I give you this present gift deed to serveand enforce the right.
