AN ORDINANCE SETTING PENALTIES FOR ILLEGAL HUNTING IN THE

JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Barangay that:

SECTION 1: That this Council is desirous of maintaining peace and order,

preservation of the beauty of the nature and especially fish or aquatic animals in
ponds and rivers within the vicinity of the Barangay.

SECTION 2: That it is therefore prohibited to conduct, engage or do illegal

hunting of any kind using dynamite, electric gadgets or chemical and other form
of illegal fishing.

SECTION 3: Therefore, any individual who VIOLATES this Ordinance will be

penalize as follows:

a) 1st Offense - P500.00

b) 2nd Offense - P1,000.00

c) 3rd Offense - P1,500, Community Service and report to Barangay Court

SECTION 5. This Ordinance will take effect upon its approval.
