Lesson: Water Forms on Earth

Content Standards:
 The learner is expected to show understanding of the source of life, and the resources for ones’
needs, describe the different water forms, explain how these resources can be used properly,
and infer that the activities of humans affect the condition of the earth.
Performance Standards:
 The learner is expected to:
 Compare the different water forms by giving their similarities and differences.
 Give ways of protecting the different water forms.
 Practice care and concern for the earth.
 Explain why human being should practice care and concern for the earth.
Formation Standards:
 The learner becomes proactive and motivated Filipino who works to become an eco-warrior and
make a difference through loving and caring the environment.

ACQUISITION
 State that the bigger part of the earth is covered with water.
 Identify the different water forms.
 Identify the ways of showing care and concern for the earth.
MEANING-MAKING
 Describe the different water forms.
 Describe the different uses of water forms.
 Compare the different water forms by giving their similarities and differences.
 Give ways of protecting the different water forms.
 Explain why human being should practice care and concern for the earth.
 Predicts what may happen if people do not take care of the Earth.

week 4/5 virtual class and yes we are back for another scienterrific learning and I will be taking

Three fourth of the earth is covered by water. This water can be fresh or salty.
The different bodies of water are water falls, stream, ocean, lake, pond, river, bay, and sea.
The bodies of water are the sources of some of our needs.
