CONTRACT ADDENDUM

This is an addendum to the Contract between Dynamic Tooling Services, Office No. 303,304,
3rd Floor, Azeem Mansion, Fazal Haque Road, Blue Area, Islamabad hereinafter referred to
as Lessor and PAK SUZUKI MOTOR COMPANY LTD, Plot No. DSU13, Pakistan Steel
Industrial Estate Bin Qasim, Karachi, hereinafter referred to as Lessee, signed on 23-2-24 for
the Lease/Rental of Hexagon Arm.
This agreement was valid from 22.02.2024 to 22.03.2024.
Both the Lessor and the Lessee hereby agree through this addendum to extend the lease
period from Mar 23, 2024 to Apr 22, 2024 (01 Month) with all the terms and conditions
remaining the same as per the actual contract.
This addendum is signed and stamped by both the parties on this date of Mar 22, 2024.
