Greetings.

DepEd- Schools Division of Masbate will be holding its 2024 Congressional Meet
(Ticao Cluster) in designated venues in Ticao Island, Masbate on February 17-18, 2024. This
entails expenses for the 153 elementary and secondary competing athletes from the
Municipality of Batuan.

The allowed School MOOE allocation of P50.00 per meal for athletes is not sufficient
noting that our athletes will compete for sports events that require strength and vigor. Thus
we once again pray for your usual support to help us cover food, transportation, medicine,
equipment, and other miscellaneous expenses that will be incurred by our delegation to the
2024 Congressional Meet (Ticao Cluster).

Any assistance from you for the well-being of our Batuan athletes will be highly
appreciated and thanked. Rest assured that we will do our best in the competitions to reward
your kindness.
