Intention of thinking: we are driven by our intention to think and to learn. Cognitive impulses
to get us on the road of using language. Desires, wishes and goals.

The language that you are going to learn is not biologically determined. Which is determined is
that you are going to learn a language (your capacity of learning it).

Similarly that we invented bows and arrows, we invented language: we invented how to use
the bow and arrow in order to reach our goal. The urge to learn is responsible for the language
inventing.

Our cognition is universal among all the humans. General condition was bend in all the humans
to share the same universe (really different abou what Noam Chomsky said).
