d) TDPO : 1900H/April 19,2024 at Puro Cotta

Dalahican, Brgy. 44, Lucena City

e) SPECIMEN SUBMITTED : 8 pieces of transparent plastic

containing methane and crystalline suspected to be a shabu.

2. Further request that this Office be furnished a copy of examination result

for our reference.
