ITMS “Fair Share” Fundraising Form

Operating a band program is an expensive venture. This money is generally raised either through
fundraisers or by charging each student for particular items needed throughout the year. ITMS BAND WILL
NOT CHARGE YOUR STUDENTS TO BE IN BAND!!! Instead, in order to streamline the fundraising process
during the year, we are asking parents and families to help raise the “Fair Share” of the necessary funds in one
of two ways:
1. Your student collects donations that total up to $75.
2. Donate (buy out) your student’s share of this cost ($75). Some parents do not wish for their
students to participate in fundraisers and instead donate their students’ fair share.
To help you understand how this money will be applied, below is a list of estimated expenditures for the
coming school year.
