BRAKE (REAR) REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE(for 4WD and Pre-Runner) REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
Wash off brake fluid immediately if it comes in contact with any painted surface.
a.
Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the brake tube from the rear brake tube flexible hose while holding
the rear brake tube flexible hose with a wrench.
NOTICE:
· Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
· Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting
point.

the rear brake tube flexible hose with a wrench.

Remove the bolt and No. 6 flexible hose bracket from the rear axle housing.
a. Detach the brake tube clamp from the No. 5 flexible hose bracket.

Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the No. 5 flexible hose bracket.
