Have finger puppets, hand puppets, and stick puppets so
there are different types of things for the children to grasp
when holding onto the puppets.

- The teacher will bring out a variety of puppets into the
classroom.
- The teacher will then put on a puppet show for the children.
- After the puppet show is finished, the teacher will lay out all
of the puppets for the children to explore.
- The teacher will observe the reactions of the children
throughout.
