After Doing that i successfully connected SuccessFactors System to Cloud Analytics but When I Sync from IAS

No Errors are shown.

I checked Steps.pdf and found that the job has no statistics. This can happen, if there are no read entities. IPS
does not read them, either due to a filter, or some wrong settings.

Do you have the same issue when calling a Resync job? If so, could you please check if the SF system settings
in IPS are similar to SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal. As reference, please have a look at KBA: 2973193 -
Identity Provisioning Job Is Successful but Statistics Are Missing
