PERSONS ENTITLED TO DRIVE

a. The Insured. The Insured may also drive a motor vehicle not belonging to him/her and not hired under a hire rental
agreement.

b. Any authorized driver driving with the Insured's permission who is over 25 with more than 2 years driving
experience.
Provided that the person driving is permitted with the licencing, or other laws or regulations to drive the motor vehicle or has
been so permitted and is not disqualified by order of a court of law or by reason of any enactment or regulation from driving
the motor vehicle.

LIMITATIONS AS TO USE
The policy applies when the motor vehicle is being used for private, domestic, social or pleasure purposes including
community work, or in connection with any business, profession, or occupation.

POLICY COVER

The policy does not cover use for hire or reward or for racing, pace-making, reliability trials, speed testing, or while off-road,
carrying commercial goods, or in connection with the Motor Trade.

THIS CERTIFICATE
This certificate is not transferable to a new owner of the motor vehicle. If for any reason the Insurance is terminated or
suspended during its currency, this certificate must be returned to us, or if the certificate has been lost or destroyed, a
statutory declaration to that effect must be made and delivered to us. Failure to comply with this obligation is an offence
under the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Law (2012 Revision).
