 process of making strawberry jam in a factory.

1-Inspection:
Upon arrival at the factory, fresh strawberries are meticulously
inspected for quality. Factors like color, ripeness, and taste guide this
assessment.

2-Cleaning, Crushing, and Chopping:


The strawberries are then cleaned to remove any surface dirt. A gentle
water spray helps in this process.
Next, the fruit is crushed and chopped to prepare it for further stages.
3-Pasteurization:
The strawberry mixture undergoes pasteurization. This step ensures
food safety by eliminating harmful microorganisms while preserving
flavor and texture.

4-Cooking the Jam:


The crushed strawberries are cooked to achieve the desired
consistency. Sugar , a gelling agent (such as pectin),red chilli flakes
ground cinnamon& lemon juice are added during this stage.
The cooking process thickens the mixture into the luscious jam we know
and love.
5-Filling the Jars:
Once the jam reaches the perfect consistency, it is carefully filled into
sterilized jars. Proper sealing ensures freshness and prevents spoilage.

6-Labeling and Packaging:


Each jar is labeled with essential information, including ingredients,
nutritional facts, and batch details.
Finally, the jars are packaged and prepared for distribution to eager
consumers.
