DEVELOPED STRATEGY

POWER RANGER STRATEGY

This strategy will gain the focus of the students inside the classroom and help
them to lessen their difficulties in learning. It will also help to address the
misbehavior and lack of focus of the student to have a better performance in the class.
Additionally, this power ranger strategy will ensure that the researchers implement
positive and negative reinforcement that the students need to encourage them to learn
more effectively and address their negative stimuli. This strategy will motivate the
student's behavior and lead them to enhance their focus in the classroom.

OBJECTIVES
 Helps the students to address misbehavior and lack of focus during class
discussion.
 To help students behave and lessen the sudden noise during class discussion.
 To assist the students in the classroom to perform better in their subjects.
 Helps students to engage in the activity and gain more knowledge that the
teacher tells them to have a better classroom atmosphere.
 Establish consistent routines for daily activities to create a predictable and
organized learning environment.
 Acknowledge and reward positive behavior to motivate students and
reinforce a positive classroom culture.

PROCEDURE

 The teacher will choose a 5 (five) ranger that will lead the classroom. ‌
 Every week, the rangers will be changed, and the students who have not yet
been assigned will be chosen to be the next rangers. Rangers will be assigned
alternates every week until the end of the semester. ‌
 The assigned rangers will be given an assignment for the whole week. The
everyday responsibilities of the rangers include the following:
 Ranger 1: Checking of attendance
 Ranger 2: Classroom arrangements and cleanliness of the classroom
 Ranger 3: Listing the noisiest student during class discussion
 Ranger 4: Checking of activity and reminding the student about the
submission of class activity
 Ranger 5: Helping the teacher and the students when they need help ‌
After the whole day they will report to the teacher what happened
the whole day during class and report the student's deficiencies in
their subject.

SIDE REWARD SYSTEM (Giving Chocolates, School Supply, and Certificate)

The rangers will be given a reward as an appreciation for their hard work and
dedication in leading the class. Those students who excel in the class, have good
behavior, and participation in the class will also be given a reward. These rewards is
flexible for implementing this strategy. These rewards are flexible for implementing
this strategy because they will apply positive and negative reinforcement that the
students need to excel in the class. Even those with misbehavior and lack of focus can
experience leading, and through learning by doing, they will learn, through that
strategy, the teacher can apply positive reinforcement, which is giving rewards, and
negative reinforcement, which can help to remove students negative stimuli in
everything they do and learn.
