Basic ingredients

Cement
Cementitious materials ( flyash, ggbs, microsillica)
Aggregates
Admixtures
Super plasticizers
Viscosity modifying agents
Typical cement content is 350-450 kg/m3
It is not advisable to use high content of cement. Higher cement content can cause higher
shrinkage and thermal stress issue. rather use materials of similar fineness, but not having
hydration related issues. Hence, lesser cement possible with use of supplementary
cementitious material (scm)
fly ash, the blast furnace slag or micro silica are some of the examples of supplementary
cementitious materials. Usually fly ash is preferred as per our research because of its
spherical nature but our product is green certified they used micro silica , improves a
workability and cohesiveness, reduces bleeding and segregation, improves durability and
overall performance of the concrete.

Super plasticizers they help us reduce the water content and as far as these admixtures are
concerned,
reduction achieved should be about 25 percent or more so, that total content of water is
restricted to about 160 to 180 liters per cubic meter.

These fibers are generally used for the protection and mitigation of plastic shrinkage cracking
in concrete.
Most are manufactured from polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, nylon and other
synthetic materials, such as carbon, aramid and acrylics. Micro-synthetic fibers are generally
dosed at low volumes ranging from 0.03 to 0.2% by volume of concrete – 0.5 to 3.0 lbs/yd
(0.3 to 0.9 kg/m3).
