1. SUPPLY CHAIN-Cadena de suministro: It is the process that is generated from the

moment the customer places an order until the product or service has been delivered and
charged.
2. CONTAINER-Contenedor: It is a cargo container for sea or river transportation, land
transportation and multimodal transportation.
3. WAYBILL-Hoja de Ruta: Is a document issued by a carrier that contains the details and
instructions relating to the freight of a shipment of goods.

5. LOADING DOCK-Muelle de carga: Is a space in a building or facility where trucks or
railroads are loaded and unloaded.
6. FORECAST-Pronostico: It consists of the estimation and analysis of future demand using
algorithms.
7. CONVEYOR-Transportadora: Is industrial equipment used to move products or
