SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JESSICA C. WILBA, of legal age and with address at Brgy. Liang,

Malolos City, Bulacan, attest to the truthfulness of the statements herein,
which was read in a language known to us and which we duly understand,
do hereby name, appoint and constitute ATTY. HENRY S. CAPELA and/or
any of his designated or assigned assistant/associate to be my true and
lawful attorney, to act on my behalf and in my name to execute and perform
all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things, in connection
with the following to wit:

1. To be my authorized representative before the National Statistics

Office (NSO); Civil Registrar’s Office of Pasay City; City of Manila
or in any Civil Registrar’s Offices relevant to and in relation with
the existence of her alleged marriage to one Toshio Hojo on
August 20, 2007 and the marriage license no. 0012261 allegedly
issued on August 20, 2007 in Pasay City, for the purpose of
securing the necessary certifications as may be necessary;

2. To represent me in any proceedings relevant to the foregoing, for

this purpose my Attorney-in Fact or his designated assistant or
associate is hereby authorized to sign any documents for the said
matters and other legal purposes and all other documents in
relation thereto;

3. Generally, do all other acts, deeds and things necessary for or

incidental to the purpose aforementioned or for the completion of
the same;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full

powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents
and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.
