Fuels and Raw Material (AFR) Processes and Facilities:
1) Designing Stabilization and Alternative Fuels and Raw
Material (AFR) processes as the required capacity.
2) Generating a Detail Engineering Design (DED) for Pertek
as per approved Stabilization and AFR facilities, which
includes: Technical Drawings, a comprehensive set of
technical drawings includes detailed floor plans, cross-
sections, two-dimensional views, and other essential
details required to understand the layout and complete
design of the project.
3) Creating and developing standard operating procedure of
Stabilization and AFR waste operations including pre-
acceptance, end-acceptance, in-process recipe, and
disposal.
4) Assisting the Compliance Team at PT Wastec
International in drafting the PERTEK and technical
meeting (RaTek) with KLHK related to the Stabilization
and AFR facilities and processes.
5) Constraints:
o Projection capacities:
▪ Stabilization: 800 tons/day
▪ Alternative materials (AM): 200 tons/day
▪ Alternative fuels (AFR) - solid: 200 tons/day
▪ Alternative fuels (AFR) - liquid: 200 tons/day
o Facility locations (as attached layout):
▪ Stabilization: A1 & A13
▪ AM & AF: AM & AF (under B4 & B5)
o The duration of the project will be two calendar
months (March – April 2024).

Payment & condition:
1. Payment term: 25% of after receiving PO, 25% of after process design approval, 25% after technical
drawing design and SOP approval, and 25% after completion of works.
2. All technical drawings and processes design will be the exclusive property of PT Wastec International.
3. The cost excludes traveling cost for onsite traveling and onsite accommodation and arranged by the
customer.

treatment and testing at PT. Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri (PPLi). His Skills are: Waste
identification, Waste water facility QA/QC, Laboratory analyzing/testing, Fuel blending Trial,
Oil sludge waste Bioremediation, Treatability, Finger-print, Physical & Chemical Treatment.
Over 5 years, he has experience in Waste Management and 15 years as Sales and Business
Development in Digital Transformation for Oil & Gas, Waste Management, Smart City and
Ardjaka A. Ramedhan Waste to Energy.
