Control logic
Control order: solar > battery > genset (insufficient solar energy)

When the solar energy is insufficient, the battery discharges. When the voltage or
capacity of the battery is lower than the setting value, genset starts to charge for
battery and is on load. When the voltage or capacity of the battery is higher than
the setting value, the genset shutdown

Page 10
Power People
Control logic

Control order: solar energy > battery (solar energy is sufficient)

When solar energy is sufficient, solar energy charges the battery and is on load.
When there is no light, the battery is loaded with light and the solar energy and
battery are loaded circularly.

SC320
The SC501 controller contains 6 DI and 6 DO. And the rest is implemented by extending
SC320. The detailed interface is as follows:

■ * 8 DI detection interfaces

■ * Maximum 8 channels DO control output

■ * Two NTC sensor type of temperature detection

■ * A temperature and humidity detection

■ * A water immersion detection

Page 30
Power People
Temperature sensor

NTC temperature sensor

The temperature sensor should be placed in the middle of

the battery pack on the side between the two batteries.

Each battery branch needs to monitor the temperature of

the battery. When the battery temperature is higher than
42 °C, the system will have a high battery temperature
alarm. The SC501 can also compensate the temperature
according to the temperature of the battery.

Output range: DC4~20mA
Measuring range: temperature: -20℃~80℃
humidity: 0~100%RH
Sensitivity: temperature: ±0.5 ℃
humidity: ±5%RH
Dimensions: 71mm*60mm*30mm(±0.5mm)

The temperature and humidity sensor is installed inside the cabinet, the temperature
and humidity in the cabinet can be monitored in real time. When the temperature
exceeds 45 ℃, the system will have an environmental high temperature alarm.
Noted: For the first use, please balance the product for 30 minutes before
measurement, which may ensure a high accuracy.

Lightning protector failure
1. Check the window on the lightning protector. If the color turns red, replace the lightning protector. If
the color does not turn red, check if the AC lightning protector fault detection line is plugged in, and if
the cable is broken. If yes, replace the signal detection line and plug it back in again. If the connection
is normal, this indicates the alarm loop is faulty, SC501 needed to be replaced.

2. If the fault has not been eliminated after replacing the SC501, replace the DIDO expansion board.
