Control logic
Control order: solar > battery > genset (insufficient solar energy)
When the solar energy is insufficient, the battery discharges. When the voltage or
capacity of the battery is lower than the setting value, genset starts to charge for
battery and is on load. When the voltage or capacity of the battery is higher than
the setting value, the genset shutdown

Temperature sensor
The temperature and humidity sensor is installed inside the cabinet, the temperature
and humidity in the cabinet can be monitored in real time. When the temperature
exceeds 45 ℃, the system will have an environmental high temperature alarm.
Noted: For the first use, please balance the product for 30 minutes before
measurement, which may ensure a high accuracy.

Sensitivity: 0.5dB/m(±0.1dB/m) 1 and 2 port: DC input
Dimensions: 104mm(diameter)*51mm(height) 3 and 4 port: Relay output (connect to
DI4)
The smoke sensor is mounted on the top of the cabinet and triggers a smoke
alarm when it detects smoke.
Noted: It is recommended to run a smoke test every six months to check if the
smoke detector is working properly.

Lightning protector failure
1. Check the window on the lightning protector. If the color turns red, replace the lightning protector. If
the color does not turn red, check if the AC lightning protector fault detection line is plugged in, and if
the cable is broken. If yes, replace the signal detection line and plug it back in again. If the connection
is normal, this indicates the alarm loop is faulty, SC501 needed to be replaced.
2. If the fault has not been eliminated after replacing the SC501, replace the DIDO expansion board.

Basic operation of display screen
■ Display screen parameter view
1. Open the cover of the control box and switch on the power.
2. The switch has two labelling “O” and “I”. Pressing “I” means to open, pressing “O” means to close.
3. Once power on, data will be displayed on the monitor of the control box, indicates the remaining
automatic cleaning time. As shown in the figure:
4. The figure above displays 01.07.03, which means it will begin to run automatically in 1 day 7 hours
3 minutes.
5. Press the “SET” button will switch into different parameters of the cleaner. The basic parameters
are described below
Page 47

Description of display screen parameter
Basic parameter sheet
Denotation Meaning
For example, the display of 01.02.03 indicates that automatic cleaning will
XX.XX.XX be performed after 1 day, 2 hours and 3 minutes. It will count down
automatically until 00.00.00.
Here XX.XX represents the current battery voltage. For example, display
1-XX.XX
1-26.54 indicates that the battery voltage is 26.54v.
Here, XXX represents the estimated battery power. For example, the
2-XXX
display of 2-072 indicates that the remaining battery power is72%.
Here XX represents the corresponding address of this cleaner. For
3-XX
example, displaying 3-32 indicates that the sweeper is no. 32.
Here XXXX represents the first 4 digits of the serial number of the cleaning
4-XXXX
machine control system.
Here XXXX represents middle 4 digits in the serial number of the cleaning
5-XXXX
machine control system.
Here XXXX represents the last 4 digits if the serial number of the cleaning
6-XXXX
machine control system.
7-X The X here represents the communication channel of the cleaner.

■ View and modify running parameters
When the display shows any one of 1-XX.XX, 2-XXX, 3-XX, 4-XXXX, 5-XXXX, 6-XXXX, and 7-X, press
and hold the “▲” button for 3 seconds or longer to enter the parameter modification interface, which is
displayed as b0---X (X can be any value, expressed as a password), then press “▲” to increase the
value. When the value is displayed to b0---8, press the “SET” button to enter the parameter setting
interface, and other values are invalid. Press the “SET” button to return automatically.
• When displaying 01-XX (X can be any number), pressing the “SET” button will change to 02-XX (X
can be any number).
• Similarly, when displaying 15-X , pressing the “SET” button will change to XX.XX.XX (X can be any
number).
• The following is the parameter modification table:
Denotation Meaning
Here XX represents the current year ,For example 01-17 indicates year
01-XX 2017, press "▲"and "▼" to change the current year, data must be true and
reliable.
XX here said the current month, for example shows 02-10 indicates October,
02-XX press "▲" and "▼" to change the current month, data must be real and
reliable.
XX represents the current date. For example, 03-20 indicates that today is
03-XX the 20th day of the Gregorian calendar, press "▲“ and "▼“ to change the
current date, data must be true and reliable.
Page 49
