SUMMARY REPORT
I. OBJECTIVES OF
THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
accomplishments, on-going and plans Program,
Projects, and Activities of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan;
3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
4. Discuss other matters.

II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

● The Activity started at 9:00 AM, with a opening prayer

led by Noroden amer followed by the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem led by Norain Sarip or
thru an Audio Visual Presentation.

● The Master of Ceremony, Jalal Nasser),

acknowledged the local officials present (may list the
name of key barangay officials and guests)

B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

● The State of Barangay Address (SOBA) was rendered

by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Halim Dimacangan
● Hon. Alanisah Barani, Hon. Ayeman Magomnang,
Hon. Yusoph Macala, Hon. Mohaimah Macod, Hon.
Amer Marandacan reported their rules and
responsiblities upon being elected as barangay
kagawad.
● Barangay Treasurer Hassan Manalundong gives a
short over view of being an officials in the barangay.
● Municipal Councilor Hon. Jamaloding Macaumbang
gives a short message and incourage our contituents
to support the campaign about elligal drugs and etc.
