Dear Suzie
How are you doing ? I hope you and your family are doing great. Today, I am writting this email to
tell you about my English course. English is very important. Why? It was a day, I was looking for
some documents which I need for my passage, then I realise everthing was found in English form.
So, I decide to attend an English course. Athough, begnning to learn English is di cult, but in my
course, I met my teacher. He is very easygoing, helpful and zealous. He tough me many things.
He help me and my friends to overcome a scared of English. Beside that, the cost is very suitable
for students. After all, I hope my English will be improved day by day, and I can comunicate with
forgeiner, or nd a good job, or at least I can reading any document I want.

How are you doing? I hope you and your family are doing great. By the way, I heard about your
situatione about your langue text next month. Frist, in short time, you should try to focus on
keyword in listening part. Do not try to understand whole paragraph, understand yourself.
Next,just do not give up, do not feel worry, if you think you can do it, you can, by some way.
Studying is not “ parttime job”, it is a whole life, keep motivation. Finally, do not lie there and be
confused all day, get up and start studying right now. I just give you an advice, only you can make
it become true. I belive you can overcome your test easy, my buddy.

33. Introduce an important festival
Dear Suzie
How are you doing? I hope you and your family are doing great.Today I am writting this email to
tell about the holiday in my country. There are a lot of festival in my country as Tet holiday, Mid-
Autumn festival and so on. Tet holiday is the most holiday I like. On this day, people start a new
year. Many people make resolution, they resolve to be better people. Some people try not lose
their tempers. There are people who try to give up bad habits. Every year, my brother says that he
will stop biting his nail in New year day, but after a month, he always starts again. That is the thing
about New year ‘s resolution. People seldom keep them. Everybody starts out with good
intentions, but it is very hard to do. I do not make New year’s resolution. I nd that I just break
them. I just work day by day to break my bad habits. I know that i eat too many sweet. Everyday, i
just try to resist them. I think that everyday is a new day regardless of whether it is New year’s day
or not, bad habits are stopped. The best thing is never to start any bad habits. I don’t know if my
brother will ever stop biting his nails, but i know that each new year’day he intend to stop. Maybe
one of these New year’s day, he will get over that habit.

34 Choose a CD player or a bicycle on John’ party

Dear John,
How are you doing, I am hoping you and your family are doing great, by the way I heard about
your incoming party and also your present. Let’s me think, I can say that both bicycle and CD
player are great but I prefer you to choose a bicycle. First, I know you are going to school by bus,
now with your new bicycle you can go anywhere with anytime, say bye to “noisy crowd” on bus,
and environment rather love bicyle than bus. Second, bicycle give you outdoor activities, and
outdoor activities always better for your health, our health than a CD player. When you unhappy,
you can ride on bycicle with an airpod, it helps you escape from sad reality and thinking clearly,
stay somewhere with CD player just make you forget about it instead, and when the CD player
stop playing, “the things” still be there. Finally, everyone love big present, the more size of gift the
more chance not only one gift in box. Maybe, when you choose a bicycle for gift, your parent will
put a CD player into a present also, it is just my thought. Anyway, to be honest, choose the
bicycle and you won’t regret.
