1. What gives you fulfilment in your job?

Meeting the target dates of completion of ones project on time gives me the highest fulfilment as
a hardworking person as well as learning something unique from my previous experiences.

2. Your general estimate of yourself, what are you good at and what do you need to improve in?
As of my past experiences, I am good on making urgent decisions with good outcome so far but
also I need to be more efficient in managing my time as an individual whether its personal or in
workplace.

3. What do you consider are your skills and competencies?

Being effective in delivering my task as an engineer, Supervising workers onsite and
communicating wisely with my colleagues , I am also good in decision making and problem solving in
every aspects and I consider those my skills and competencies.
