That I, JULIET TAURO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Bitas,
Tigbauan, Iloilo, Philippines hereby name, constitute and appoint VIRGINIE TALEON
AGUILAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Bitas, Tigbauan, Iloilo as
my true and lawful Attorney-in Fact, for and in my behalf, to do the following acts or things:

1. “To process, sign, pay, follow up documents and instruments, for the
installation of ILECO-1 electrical service connection of my property
(Lot No. ______, with a Transfer Certificate of Title or Original
Certificate of Title No. ________) containing an area of
(________) square meters, more or less located in Barangay Bitas,
Tigbauan, Iloilo, Philippines;”

2. To process, sign, execute, or cause the execution of any or all

documents necessary for the development and future transactions of
the above-stated property;

3. To do such other acts and things in order to carry into effect the
powers vested in this Special Power of Attorney;

Hereby GIVING and GRANTING to my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper to be done in the
exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney
and the rights and powers herein granted.
