1.1 In borrowing/checking out books, the
students shall present the material to the CL
with the UM validated ID and Certificate of
Matriculation Form, while the employees
shall present their UM ID for verification.

enrolled students."

2.2 – Revision: The stakeholder with overdue
borrowed materials shall be charged a fine/penalty of
P25.00 per day per item for circulation books and P10.00
per hour for reserve books, excluding Sundays, Holidays,
and unprecedented suspension of classes. The
stakeholder shall be notified for the overdue either
through letter of notification or E-mail.
2.3 –Revision: When a book/material is lost, the
stakeholder is given a grace period of one (1) week to
exhaust all means in locating the lost book/ material.
