elements pertain to above work ensuring aesthetics of Esplanade Metro
Station Complex. The market building should be compatible with the
architectural finish and MEP system of the Station Complex. Approximate
plan area is 4720SQ.M.

1) Preparation of layout plan Drawing by considering the necessary inputs

from the respective disciplines Structure & MEP,
2) Preparation of Detail Working Drawings, including all the finishing &
ornamental items,
3) To ensure the incorporation of adequate natural lighting and natural
ventilation as well as to comply with all norms towards fire detection &
protection.
4) Preparation of detailed design & drawing of superstructure,
substructure, and foundation of the subject building including checking of
its loading on existing Esplanade station of proposed Dr. B. C. Roy
Market,
5) To ensure the aesthetics of the proposed Dr. B. C. Roy Market is
compatible with the aesthetics Esplanade Metro Station Complex.
6) Submission of Design detailed drawings of Electricals (HV & LV),
7) Submission of detailed design and drawings of Fire Fighting & Fire
Detection system.
8) Submission of Design detailed drawings Ventilation & Air Conditioning
(if Required for some specific areas)
9) Water Supply and Plumbing System including working drawings.
10) Internal & external general electrical Design and preparation of
working drawings.
