To foster continuity of learning despite of the heat-related suspension of classes

April 23, 2024, monitoring the progress of answering their and LAS for
Quarter 4-Week 4 and checking of their PETA. Monitored and follow-up Week 3-4
submission of outputs.

IX. M&E ANALYSIS BASED FROM QATAME TOOLS USED

I made a self-made monitoring for distance learning. The extent of
implementation shall be catered by the school head using a separate monitoring
tool.

X. RECOMMENDATION
This ACR recommends constant monitoring of classes so that effective
learning can happen despite the distance learning modalities taking place now.
