Project Management

What we did?

We finished quoting all the products, verified the outlets

order, and they will be here in Nicaragua this week. We are
devising a plan to collect money and use it for the project,
and we will have the final meeting with facilities to conclude
the project execution.

Constrains
That the smart outlets may come with some
factory damage.

How do we solve it?

If this were to happen, we would need to arrange
a return shipment to the United States for the
product to be exchanged.

What are we doing next?

We will proceed to develop raffles and sales of
some snacks to collect as much money as
possible.
