Greetings of a beautiful Friday!

The Philippines is facing a critical rise in heat index due to climate change, and
deforestation is a significant contributor. When trees are cut down, less shade
is available, leading to increased land surface temperatures.

We, the MARBLE Media Student Organization, believe that tree-planting can
directly address this issue. As passionate students, we are committed to
protecting our environment and taking an active role in its preservation.

Therefore, we are writing to request your permission and support for a

Coastal Clean-up and Tree Planting Activity scheduled for Sunday, April 21,
2024, to be conducted in your barangay.

We would also be honored by your availability together with the participation

the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Batiano, Odiongan, Romblon in this
activity.
