Specifications:
1. 2 Microclimates and 3 gas sensors: The device has two microclimates and three gas sensors to
detect rotting onions with high sensitivity.
2. Wireless connectivity: The device has wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi) to send data to the cloud-
based server.

Device Function:
The device consists of sensors that continuously track the gases released by the onion. The sensors
send the data to a server where the data analysis team runs an algorithm analysis on the data. Based on
the insights from the analysis, the team then sends an alert to the farmer via text, WhatsApp,
Godaam's dashboard, and the mobile application. The device regularly feeds the dashboard with
sensor data so the farmer may remotely monitor his or her crop.

Prerequisites:
1. A warehouse must have 10 ft long partitioned compartments with gates at each partition.
2. The middle of each partition must be filled by a 6 ft long, 3-inch perforated pipe.
3. In order to power the device inside the compartment, each partition needs to have a switch
and socket with a single-phase mains supply close by the perforated pipe.
4. Wi-Fi routers must fit into an additional power outlet in the middle of the warehouse which
connects a maximum of 30 devices(up to 30 devices one should place one extra switch socket
for Wi-Fi and for devices 30 to 60 devices one needs 2 extra switch sockets for Wi-Fi).
5. The name of the internet service provider with strong internet access (such as Jio, Airtel, or
VI) should be provided.
6. The availability of trained laborers to grade and sort the onions in the storage in a timely
manner in response to alerts.

*Service charge is free for the first year of the device purchase. From the second year onwards one
has to pay 30% of the device cost as a service charge.
Service charge includes the device installation, device maintenance, data capture and alerts, dashboard
and mobile application access.

1. The team goes to the warehouse to install the equipment.
2. The team visits the site for maintenance in case of a major defect in devices.
3. Constant crop monitoring for the duration of the warehouse's storage season.
4. Prompt warnings about onions spoiling in storage.
5. Free access to a mobile application and dashboard for tracking the entire warehouse.

Payment Terms:
1. A 40% down payment of the entire purchase amount is required to finalise the order. Before
deployment, the remaining 60% needs to be paid.
2. Orders won't be confirmed until payment has been credited to the business's account.
3. Payments are accepted through bank transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and UPI), or cheques.
4. Godaam needs a minimum of 30 days to deploy the devices to the user’s warehouse after the
order is confirmed and this may vary positively depending on the order size and warehouse
location.
5. Service charges are waived for the first year of the device purchase.
6. As in the second year, the customer is required to pay service fees equal to 30% of the entire
cost.
