I have been the Hr/HOD of arts at Solid Rock International School for the past
10years where t was my privilege to live and work with Mr. Moses Okabia. This
letter is a response to your request for references dated 3/4/2024.

I originally hired Moses 4 years ago to work as an arts facilitator and interior/
spatial design installer and maintenance both offices and classrooms.

It became evident very quickly that Moses was overqualified for this job and he
was quickly promoted to our development group where he has been managing
internal development projects for our organization for the last four years, his duties
included tutoring arts writing quotation and handling school interiors and
maintaining of the school facilities and overseeing quality assurance testing in this
area.

We are extremely sad to see Moses leave our team, but we understand his desire to
leave.

I highly recommend without preservation that you seriously consider Moses for
any open position with your department. Moses is a self-starter and works well
with others.
