1. Lum Sum Rs.

27,00,000/- extra covered area will be measure with 1200 SQFT


2. All masonry work will be done with A class brick. 9” thick wall Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6
coarse sand) for 4.5” thick wall Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
3. Foundation, plinth beam, door beam, roof slab will as per Structure drawing with TMT steel bars.
Iron up to Rs 90/kg and cement up to Rs 500/- bag
4. All R.C.C. work will be done by ratio [1:2:4] with compaction by vibrate.
5. Roof slab Centring and shuttering will be with steel plate or ply board.
6. Termite treatment in soil (5-year warranty).
7. Treatment of dampness and moisture as per code
8. Door/Window work: -
i. All Door, window & ventilator frame work will be of IRON
ii. All the door window lintel level will be 8’ height.
iii. Double Pataam frames will be 5”x2.5” single Pataam frames 4”x2.5” front door, door frame will
be 5”x2.5” and all the door frame will be plain rectangular shape.
9. Electric work: - Conduit pipe [ISI marked]
i. Frame box concealed light box; fan box will be of metal.
ii. Earthing also providing during construction.
10. Sanitary fitting: -
i. C.P.V.C. fitting (Astral, Suprem, Padmavati)
ii. All the rain water, drainage, soil waste pipe will of P.V.C. [Padmavati/ Prayag]
iii. All bathroom & kitchen will provide with both solar and electric geyser fitting.
iv. Water connection and Water Bill will be provided by the owner.
11. Flooring: - Simple Floor finish
12. Water tank 7’x4’x6’(provide drainage cutout in bottom slab) Rs. 50,000/-

13. Shingle ’s on sloppy roof.

14.All extra work payment will be paid along with the work execution.
