do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, ATTY. PATRICK VINCENT A. ALADO and/or
JACKYLEN DORADO, of legal age, Filipino and with office address of 2/F JAQ Commercial
Building, Magallanes Cor. Bilbao St., Roxas City, Capiz, to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-
Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the following
acts and things, namely:
1. To get, obtain, receive, facilitate and process the release of my cash bond for
Criminal Case No. C-181-11 & C-182-11 entitled “People of the Philippines vs. Eslabon” pending
before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Roxas City;
2. To sign, execute or deliver pertinent documents in support thereto and for the
accomplishment of the above purpose.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING in favor of my said Attorneys-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of substitution and revocation,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that I said Attorney-in-Fact or her substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
