 Pre-payment: Full amount will be charged within 7 days prior to the event date based on the minimum guaranteed number of persons as outlined in this
agreement. Any incidental charges during the event must be settled by cash or credit card on the actual day of event. Please note that the actual number of
guests should not be exceeding 5% of the guaranteed number of guests.
 All prices quoted in the agreement are in Malaysian Ringgit currency and inclusive of service charge and service taxes. All prices quoted are subject to
adjustment without prior notice in line with any changes in government policy which may affect the tax level.
 Cancellation terms: No cancellation fees apply shall the written cancellation be sent to the hotel 72 hours prior to the event. A 50% cancellation fee applies
for any cancellation made within 48 hours. 100% cancellation fee applies for any cancellation made in less than 48 hours prior to the event and for no show.
 Food and beverage: All food and beverage arrangements must be made through the Hotel. Only food and beverage purchased from the Grand Hyatt Kuala
Lumpur may be served on property. Guest(s) shall not bring in their own food, ingredients or beverage into the hotel for consumption at an event unless
prior approval is provided by the Hotel Management and an Indemnity form signed prior to the event. Additional fee apply for beverages brought from
outside. Shall a guest brings in their own food, ingredients or beverage to an event, the Hotel will not be liable for any adverse effects caused by the food or
beverage items brought into the hotel by the client.
 Floor plans and set up requirements: No change to the existing restaurant set up is to be made unless over wise agreed in written between guest and hotel
management. Shall the dining venue be privatized for the event; a detailed floor plan for the restaurant set up will be made by the hotel in accordance with
the guest’s requirement. A floor plan and detailed list of item brought in by guests will be attached to this confirmation form. The hotel management
reserves the right to reject any items brought in by guest without prior written agreement and arrangement. Pre-set up can start 2 hours prior the booking
time – subject to availability.
