Other agreements
1. Delivery dates
The exact day of delivery is to be agreed with us a minimum of two weeks in advance. Fixed dates are also considered as being adhered to if the
agreed time is not exceeded by more than two hours. Regardless of this the delivery period will extend for an appropriate time if delivery barriers
occur that are not caused by Kalzip GmbH. The unloading of the vehicle must be completed by the customer in a maximum of 2 hours after the
arrival. Longer idle times will be invoiced.
2. Warranty
In the production of the metal coils of starting material for all our products in stucco embossed or natural versions with natural colour or
pre-weathered surface finish (e.g. AluPlusPatina, Titanium Silver) as well as for transparent varnish systems, production-related discolourations and
inhomogeneity of the external appearance cannot be ruled out. These differences in colour, whose intensity cannot be influenced by production
techniques, mostly appear at the edges of the coils and are only discernible as optical irregularities in the corrugated, TF and trapezoidal profiled
sheets after installation, taking into consideration different points of view as well as light and weather conditions. Colour deviations of this kind do
not represent a material defect as defined in the legal warranty regulations or in accordance with DIN 485-1; hence, to that extent, warranty claims
on the part of the client cannot be accepted.
